of the body. Essential oil of peppermint has been used traditionally to improve
concentration and mental accuracy. Essential oils can be used in several ways, including diffusion into the air, and topical
application.

Kundalini Yoga
Bonita began her study of yoga and meditation healing under the supervision of Dr. Subagh Singh Khalsa, a direct student of Yogi Bhajan
in 1991. Most recently, she studied prenatal yoga with Gurmukh (www.
goldenbridgeyoga.com) at the Omega Institute and would like to share all she has learned
about health and well-being, stress relief and renewed energy with others. Students of all
levels are welcome.

Bonita's motivational speaking comes from a burning desire to have a safe and nurturing environment for the "Children." These advanced souls are the beat of my heart. I have been blessed with four healthy granddaughters who inspire and teach me on a regular basis. After all these are the leaders and caregivers of the next generation. Every thought and every word spoken is creating their world, so as a yogi I feel it is my responsibility to ignite people.
Reiki Instruction
Reiki is a universal energy that balances the body so healing can occur naturally. When used with essential oils miracles happen, releasing old negative patterns. Essential oils are ordained as medicines for mankind and will provide critical medical solutions in the future, two wonderful healing modalities with no side effects.
